If you have a look at list of non-allowed URLs (those of you who have
access to create.freedesktop.org/wiki/extensions/SpamBlockList/ via
ssh, you will notice that posted URLs are prohibited.

Any ideas why SpamBlackList isn't working anymore? This has started
after somebody allowed only registered users to change wiki data.
