I think I'd say "media" if this thing is going to extend into any other than 
swatches.. eg perhaps audio or whatever for other projects. "Art" is a bit 
vague, but then again media is too. Create would also work... and its a bit 
less bland. So I guess I'd say Create, Media, Art in that order.

Is there going to be a need for any other dirs tho?

Something like this might be useful too:
/usr/share/create
/usr/share/create/supplies <<--current "art-supplies" but is a subdir already
/usr/share/create/somethingelsehere
