[CREATE] Some additions to the shared resources spec

Hi,

http://www.lrn.ru/~avp/specs/shared_resources_spec_0.0.4.htm is lacking
some information about GIMP's resources:


Bitmap brushes

GIMP does support GIH brushes, too. It also got support for Photoshop
brushes (up to the ones used in PS 6.0, IIRC)


Vector brushes

GIMP has vector (VBR) brushes, *.vbr. Looks for them at the same places
as other brushes.


Bitmap patterns

GIMP can use many image formats as patterns directly, using the file
name as the pattern name. Looks for them in the patterns directory
