I totally agree - it would make it far more feasible to get a Create 
package into Debian, and also many of the newer distros are Debian based.

On the other hand, if the Create package was not considered DFSG 
compatible, it would create a serious dependency problem for creative 
applications in Debian and its derived distributions, as those 
applications become more reliant on the shared resources over time.
