[CREATE] svn soon

Ok, I setup SVN access on CREATE, but I'm waiting to hear back from the
sitewranglers (fdo's admins) to make sure I did it properly...the old
method was not working, so I figured out another.

I want to make sure anonymous works.

After this is checked off, then I will import the current spec and scons
build system so that we can try to get a little more regular with
releases of the shared resource spec.

PS: I'll be replying to emails shortly...after LGM I got hit with a nice
flu (actually it was hitting me during as well, but put off the rest bit
till home in bed).
