[CREATE] wiki updated

Hiya, I updated the create wiki to 1.6.8 of mediawiki. Would anyone like
to help me admin create in this area? Its a lot of fun :)

I also filed some requests with FD.o to turn on .htaccess and to give us
access to our apache logs...

I want overrides for our site so we can have pretty URLs.

Anyway...please test out the updated wiki and make sure nothing has gone
haywire too much! Let me know otherwsie ;)
