With a lot of colours defined in a file (and Scribus will include all of the
data in a document file), its getting to be a lot of extra data for no
reason.
Easy for a machine to read, but 7 vs 4 chars per value, per colour, is a lot
of extra info for a human to process if editing by hand (and some people
really want to be able to do this). Content vs attributes - I'm no XML guru
whatsoever.. but still.. all those extra <>/.. ew
