[CREATE] LG and LGM logo and site layout proposal

Greetings!

My name is Balint Magyar, and I'm a 24 year-old self-taught graphic designer from
Hungary. I am one of the co-owners of a small visual media business we
have founded with two of my friends in 2006. We have been making
layouts and designs for both print and the web with FLOSS tools
exclusively for almost three years now. We mostly use Scribus, Inkscape
and The GIMP.

I caught a_l_e and some others discussing this year's LGM's website on
IRC yesterday and had some time to doodle and came up with a proposal
for the site's layout and the logo. He asked for some changes and I had
time to work on some of them today.

I have attached what I've had time for this evening. What's still
missing from a_l_e's requests is the projects and programs page
mockups. I've also attached a PNG export of the design for viewing, and
a separate SVG for the logos/logotypes. Both files are Inkscape SVGs
meant for further editing. Enable grids and guides for some helpful
hints on positioning.

lgm09-web.svg uses the following fonts:
	DejaVu Sans Condensed
	DejaVu Serif
	URW Palladio L
	URW Gothic L

lgm09-logo.svg uses the following fonts:
	URW Gothic L

All fonts' licenses allow for such usage. Obviously on the web we would
have to use other fonts (thinking of Windows/Mac users). Here's a helpful
list of default fonts grouped by similar metrics:

I can make a preliminary XHTML/CSS structure for the site if my
proposal goes through. Feel free to tear it apart and edit things to
your liking. :)
