[CREATE] Gnome OpenRaster Thumbnailer

Hello,

Tobias Ellinghaus wrote a small python script to for crating thumbnails
for OpenRaster images. At the moment this works only with images created
with MyPaint, because it's the only program, that saves a thumbnail in
the files.

I've packt it together with a simple install script and hosting it here
temporally:

If anyone has a better place to host it pleas do.
