[CREATE] Proposals for LGM 2010 - Deadline approaching

Hello everyone,

This is only to remind you that according to what was discussed during the
closing talk at LGM 2009 we need to receive the proposals on the venue of
LGM 2010 by May 31st. The decision will be taken during the following week
and officially announced on Monday June 8.

Please help us stay on schedule.
