[CREATE] support expression of concern ACTA

Dear all,

Hopefully you all made it back from LGM-Montreal with lots of ideas for more Libre Graphics :-)?

In the mean time, as you might have heard, the EU parliament will vote on the ACTA-treaty [1] very soon.
With LabtoLab (a network of European medialabs) Constant [2] has written an open letter to express our concerns about the impact this ACTA treaty will have on the Libre-practices we develop [3].

If you want to support this letter, please reply to this e-mail off-list before Friday May 20 with:

- your family name and firstname
- the institute or organisation you are part of (if relevant)
- your position in it, or simply the activity that you would like to see mentioned.
