i have updated the page and replaced the lgm logo with a 2012 version

please fix any error you may find or change the article if you have any
ideas for a better text.

... and the people who have access to the templates may want to remove
the register and donate buttons...


... and we will have to discuss what will the lgm/2012 page will be...
