Well ... be sure and check that someone else hasn't beaten you to the punch, first. I know most of the people who are likely to present a talk are already in the loop about LGM, but there may be someone out there who isn't, or who simply needs a reminder. Similarly, there may be subscribers who get the announcement and decide they are interested in attending for the first time, or are interesting in helping out with the Pledgie campaign. Nate ------- 8< -------- Call for presentations - Libre Graphics Meeting 2009 Libre Graphics Meeting (LGM), the premiere workshop and conference for developers and enthusiasts of free software graphics, will be held May 6-9, 2009, at Ecole Polytechnique in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. LGM invites you to share your work with the community. Topics of interest include reports on major open source graphics projects, technology previews, engineering talks, power-user techniques, graphics business best practices, and general issues such as open file formats and collaboration.
