i don't think that we need a deadline for filling the information, but having a "formal" proposal put together before the end of the lgm 2010 will put them in better light...<br></blockquote><div><br>As mentionned last year, we need to know asap where and when 2011 will take place so the local team can get organised and so the sponsorship campaign can start. Some sponsors need months to process such inquiry and we must help them help us.<br>
<br>I would put a deadline.<br><br>Proposal. At the end of LGM, we hopefully have a few candidates. A month later, we have a decision. Could be 6 weeks. But to be realistic, we cannot afford to wait until August.<br><br>Louis<br>
