</div>Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that the linked article<br>
writes about source code anywhere. The way I understood it, they just<br>
provide a license free-of-charge for non-commercial usage. In other<br>
words they would just provide the binary, not any source code.<br>
<br>
Also even though they might provide source code, this is always<br>
dangerous usage of non-FLOSS source code. If a piece of code in a<br>
FLOSS program ends up too close from a proprietary code, you might end<br>
up sued. And that's not even speaking about software patents on<br>
algorithms (which are not valid in Europe, but people tend to be<br>
careful anyway)...<br>
