and I have been mentoring and training traders for years. I
would like to make you aware of the Precision Trading System,
which has changed the lives of hundreds of investors and
traders during the past two years. First of all, what are the
differences between investors and traders? An investor buys
the stocks (or options) of a company that should move up, or
down if you like to short. The decision to buy a stock is
often made because of an article you have read, or for that
matter, from the recommendations of a TV pundit such as Jim
Cramer (CNBC). Often, the decision to buy and hold a stock is
based on the company’s fundamentals such as the PE ratio, or
earnings per share. </SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal

align=left><FONT face=Verdana><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">So
what’s wrong with buying and holding a good stock? The answer
is simple and is what separates investors from traders.
<U>Timing</U>. Let me give you an example. I was watching the
Fox Network stock show, <I>Bulls & Bears</I> one Saturday
morning. Several of the panelists endorsed Ross Stores
(NASDAQ: ROST) and suggested buying it Monday morning at $28.
During the following few weeks, ROST fell more than 7 dollars.
That was early in 2004 and </SPAN><FONT
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">ROST</FONT><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"> has never gone back to that $28
level. Traders would never have bought ROST while it was
falling and gambled that it was going back up. Traders try to
understand the markets and have reasons for buying and selling
stocks at specific times. For example, traders never hold a
position into an earnings report. Traders know that all stocks
go up and down and traders try to be in a trade only when it
is going in their favor. They know when to take money off the
table. </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal
style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"
align=left> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal
style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"
align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">I also want mention
slippage. Suppose you enter a trade on a stock that moves up
$6. That $6 is not in your account until you sell the stock.
If you wait too long to sell, you might get only a dollar or
two of the move. You must understand exactly when to take your
profit. That nice move is not real until you cash out your
position. Let me give you an example of a long-term trade I
took a few summers ago. I bought 3,000 shares of FBF (Fleet
Boston Financial) at $22 per share. I kept the position for
many months until FBF reached $45 per share and cashed out for
a $69,000 profit. The day after I sold FBF, it fell $3 and
that would have translated into $9,000 less profit (slippage).
So, my timing was good and that was not an accident.

<P class=MsoNormal
style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: Verdana"
align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">In addition to
long-term position trades, I also swing and day trade stocks
and options; in fact, I make my living as a trader. I do
better than most traders and buy-and-hold investors because I
have software that allows me to almost perfectly time
entrances and exits on any kind of trade from one that will
last months to scalps lasting just a few minutes. I use the
Precision Trading System timing platform. No, I am not selling
software; in fact, the PTS (Precision Trading System) software
is free! It’s not too good to be true—here is how this
evolved.</SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal

align=left><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt">In late 2002, I was
paid to develop software for a New York based hedge fund. They
trade a $100 million dollar account and wanted an extremely
accurate timing platform. In addition to my trading
experience, I drew on my former career as a university
professor and built a platform based entirely upon the
statistical analysis of price movement. I have personally
traded this platform daily ever since then and it’s great. I
know when the odds are in my favor—I never take a trade with
less than a 90% chance of winning. I never get head faked
(enter a trade only to have it go against me)—and I get 90% or
more of the move. I was so excited about the PTS platform that
I started giving it to all of my friends who trade. I should
not have been surprised, but none of them had any idea of what
to do with the software. Since I have been mentoring traders
for years, I just waded in and started teaching on the phone.
This got old, in fact, I ran up more than 300 hours with a
trader in Wichita. It was at this point, back in the spring of
2003, that I decided to develop a cutting-edge trading course.
The decision was also made at this time that this would not be
a commercial venture and the software would remain
free.</SPAN></P>

available to new and experienced traders alike. It is a
two-day, 16-hour course that covers all of the basics you will
need to trade the markets like a pro. Everything from how to
effectively place trades on line to how to interpret the PTS
charts is covered in a course that addresses 1,150 critical
trading points. You will know how to effectively time the
market, not just with the major indices, but also for
individual stocks. For many people, trading is a profession
and often takes many years to learn. We can short circuit the
process and get you going immediately. We have already trained
many beginning traders who are now making their full-time
livings at trading. We have also trained people who trade part
time and can only check their positions once or twice a day.
Many of the people attending plan to retire and wish to have a
second career. On the other hand, we always have professionals
attending and have had market markers, brokers, money
managers, fund managers, floor traders (for example from the
Chicago Mercantile Exchange), and professional traders at the
course. </SPAN></P>
