Function prototypes in GLib bindings

Hi,

Attached is a patch which adds function prototypes for bound methods to
the generated -glue.h headers.  This means that if your definition of
the method is incorrect in some way, you get compile warnings.  Very
useful for ensuring consts are correct, and you have the right type for
object paths.
