Python bindings leaks & patch [Bug 3670]

Sorry, I didn't think to file one because of this "#FIXME: find memory leaks 
that I am sure exist" at the begining of dbus_bindings.pyx.in ;)  Bug 3670 
created for your reading pleasure.
