Bindings freeze and split on Monday

I'm going to GUADEC and hope to get the binding separated out there.
With that said I want to pull down the final CVS tree on Monday and do
the split.  Hopefully we will have good Internet connection at the
conference.

This all means that checkins to any of the bindings in CVS should not
happen past Sunday night.  Core checkins are fine.  I'll post more
details here and on my blog[1] as we progress.
