on my side, not sure how I contributed this code... likely Rob took it 
away from the wine debugger at that time (that's why he left my name in 
the file)  I'm not hence sure I've got some copyright on that file...  
anyway, since it's a one hour job to write that code, this can be 
relicenced without any restriction
