Patch: fix dbus-glib 0.78 linking when using -Wl,--as-needed

Hi,

when building dbus-glib with LDFLAGS=-Wl,--as-needed, as we do with
Mandriva Linux 2009.0, build is failing, because linking order of bash
completion helper is incorrect.

Attached patch fixes this issue.
