mac OS X Version 10.4.11 PowerPC G5.

Hi,


I am currently running mac OS X Version 10.4.11 PowerPC G5.


after extracting the dbus src tar archive, I have run the following command

./configure
sudo make 
sudo make install


Now, when I run dbus-launch, and then when i run dbus-monitor

I am getting this error,

Failed
to open connection to session message bus: dbus-launch failed to
autolaunch D-Bus session: Autolaunch error: X11 initialization failed.

Have anyone tried dbus on mac?

P.S. I have also tried using the macport version of dbus and I am getting the same result

please help,
