cmake for dbus-python and dbus-glib

Certainly there is interest ;).

I am working on a cmake port of dbus-python myself:

(for the very reason of using dbus on windows)

https://github.com/choeger/dbus-python-cmake

I also started to port gobject-introspection, since dbus-glib was
deprecated.

https://github.com/choeger/gobject-introspection/tree/windows_python3_cmake

In both cases, feel free to use / contribute!

I have no idea about the status of dbus-glib though. Any ideas?
