SP2 was released on August 6, 2004.

U+20B2-U+20B5 were added in Unicode 4.1.0 (March 2005) so I don't know if XP
SP2 can handle them. U+20B0-U+20B1, added in Unicode 3.2.0 (March, 2002),
should be handled.
