"Arabic Letter Heh Doachashmee (U06BE)" has 4 forms. "Initial and isolated"
forms are the same and "medial and final" are same. 

Now Kurdish people are using "Arabic letter Heh (U0647)"+"Zero width joiner" in
isolated and final forms of "H letter of Kurdish".

And if we forget the "Zero width joiner", "Kurdish H" looks like "Kurdish E".
