Example for appearing space, where no space should be - Version 2.30

Hi There,
we ar using DejaVu Sans as our standardfonts. Now we have "a little" Problem
with the fonts. In Version 2.20/2.21 we have sometimes spaces, where no spaces
should be. With 2.30 it looks like, all ist fine. But in some cases it appears
again. 
Updating to 2.32 we get in real trouble. Now Letters where completly missing.
We write our letters in Lotus Notes (with 10pt and 7pt). The printpreview
appears fine, but printing it, the letters where missing. Even some special
german letters. Printing the letter to pdf, we miss the letters again. So it is
not a Problem with the printerdriver.

In OpenOffice.org sometimes we get suddenly new lines and disappearing Letters.
Zooming the Document, the empty lines disappear, and the layout ist fine again.

Saddly the error is not always showing up, we can´t repeat it every time.

We have Windows Vista 32 Bit, german, Lotus Notes 8.5.1 (trough CITRIX),
OpenOffice.org 3.2.1., DevaVu Sans 2.30.
