Hi,

could you try manually uninstalling all DejaVu font files in the Windows fonts
folder then reinstall the current version?

Sometimes old file versions are kept by Windows in that folder instead of being
overwritten, especially if that file is in use. We had reports on similar bugs
resulting from programs mixing up different versions. To be on the safe side,
you can check for any remnants in the console before reinstalling.

If the problem persists, could you provide us with a non-sensitive document
where the error occurs?
