That sounds weird. Care to run:
  udevadm monitor
at the same time, and see if you got events that wake up the dk-daemon?

It's the event multiplexer for DeviceKit-disks and DeviceKit-power. It
will go away pretty soon, as they are/will be converted to use udev
directly.
