upower "Resuming" signal is not emitted or seen

Hi,

My application needs to know when the machine has just resumed from
suspended state.
So, it seems that what is needed is just this UPower "Resuming" signal
that I should be able to receive via dbus:
http://upower.freedesktop.org/docs/UPower.html#UPower::Resuming

It does seem to work on some distributions (it is quite a bit harder to
test with VirtualBox since it does its own suspend-resume..)
Unfortunately, on Fedora 20 nothing happens, no signal is emitted (that
I can see), neither automatically nor by firing this script by hand:

/usr/lib/systemd/system/upower.service

I have already reported this bug in RedHat's bugzilla for Fedora 20:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1064906
But since there is no activity here, I thought I might ask here instead.
Any ideas?

Cheers
Antoine
