</div>You can disable it here: /etc/UPower/UPower.conf -- but I'm stuck<br>

Don't break stuff for others that is really rule number one.</div><div>People who have a UPS will be able to enable "incompatible modes" but normal users and developers will not have problems when they plug something else.</div>
