I'm a Gentoo Linux developer, maintaining some random packages and
working in the kernel and science teams.  I'm also the dev responsible
for fbsplash [1] and uvesafb [2].

I'm here because I believe that a lot of time and effort could be saved
by coordinating work in a cross-distro manner.
