radeon testing

I've gathered up the various outstanding radeon patches and put them
up in a tree for testing:

Some of these may end up in -fixes, but most of them are -next
material.  I haven't had a chance to go through Christian's last set
of VM patches yet.

Highlights:
- rom fetch fixes (UEFI, thunderbolt docks)
- major ACPI rework
- backlight control for newer asics
