I've used this rules: register layout (that is chip properties)
go to the header file while defines specific to this very driver
go into the .c file. Hope that makes sense.

Supporting DRM_BRIDGE_ATTACH_NO_CONNECTOR is one of the reasons why i'd
be nice to have the driver in tree since this involves modifying the
display controller driver (mxsfb) as well and we could have both in the
