[WARN][AMDGPU] Linux 5.15.4 with AMD Bonaire GPU

Alas no, other than to observe that the issue is not present in 5.13.15,
but is present in 5.14.3; i.e. the last 5.13.x and first 5.14.x kernels
that I compiled myself.
