Yes, maybe the problem is only with tuxonice then because the ring 5 messages did not occur with vanilla. That may be coincidence however and it would need more testing to be sure about it. I'll see when I can get to it. Although I deem it necessary to note that I have not seen any reports about problems with tuxonice and 3.10 yet.
