The graphical glitches with the X11/XRender backend seems to be a known issue (<a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEW " title="NEW --- - Rendering issue in kwin title bar when using Qt native engine and radeonsi" href="show_bug.cgi?id=64297">https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64297</a>) so I modified the bug to track just the issues with the Raster backend.
