I installed 3.12-rc1 from
<a href="http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.12-rc1-saucy/">http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.12-rc1-saucy/</a> , it didn't help

Attached are the logs from dmesg (before and after running pm-suspend) and
Xorg.0.log (there were no messages after resuming from suspend)</pre>
