I went under Windows and launch GPU-Z. We should be able to reach 1300MHz.
I've read that some Cayman cards were made to use a VDDCi between 1.15 and
1.16. I'm pretty sure I can reach stability at 130000 by rising VDDCI a bit.</pre>
