Did dpm ever work on your board? Just to clarify, does 3.13-rc5 fail to boot
even with radeon.dpm=0? Please attach a copy of your dmesg output, Xorg log,
and vbios. To get a copy of your vbios:
(as root)
(use lspci to get the bus id)
cd /sys/bus/pci/devices/<pci bus id>
echo 1 > rom
cat rom > /tmp/vbios.rom
echo 0 > rom
