That does unmapping / mapping of surfaces everytime and the AMD folks considers
our "usage of mapped surfaces" as wrong spec - which they are probably right,
despite it is working perfect since more than 2 years.
That mesa 10 is working for us is "pure luck" I was told on IRC. Cause I am not
such a lucky man, we need to investigate further ;-)</pre>
