It allows the CPU and GPU to share TDP headroom. E.g., if the CPU isn't busy,
the the GPU can user higher performance states longer and vice versa.</pre>

And what happens if its disabled?<br>
Because as it stands now, the CPU and GPU are still throttled if
heated up. The CPU's turbo core is disabled, is it the same for the
GPU?<br>
