Also, according to
GALLIUM_HUD=requested-VRAM+VRAM-usage,requested-GTT+GTT-usage, Valley only
seems to allocate about 10-20 MB for streaming BOs, so I'm not sure why putting
them in VRAM or not makes such a big difference for you.

I assume the chipset for that doesn't support PCIe 3.0, does it? I wonder if
maybe streaming BOs should be in VRAM with PCIe 3.0 but not with PCIe 2.0.</pre>
