Please try to settle for a moment and read the whole "development" vs
"distribution" note.

I never said nor hinted that this is the "wrong place for normal people". I
feel that once you realise what I meant with "development vs distribution" you
will understand that "our attitude" is not terrible. All developers ask is some
clear steps in order to understand and fix the issue.
