<pre>Yes it is indeed Mesa.
The last stable Mesa I had tested was:
mesa-dri-drivers-10.4-0.devel.2.1.20140907.fc21.x86_64.rpm
Compiled from git master but used the .spec file to build it properly. Assuming
from Sept 9th to now nothing broke in 10.4.x I should be ok going to git
master. However, 10.3.x is unstable for rv6xx.</pre>
