ANNOUNCE: Farstream 0.1.91 pre-release for GStreamer 1.0

This is a pre-release for Farstream 0.2 which will come after GStreamer 1.0 is with us.

The only difference is that it builds against GStreamer 1.0 instead of 0.10.

It now also requires libnice 0.1.3 with the GStreamer 1.0 plugin enabled.

Please report any problems prompty!

Distributors/Packagers

It is NOT parallel installable with Farsight2. Make sure they do not get
mixed.

It should be parallel installable with Farstream 0.1.
