[Fontconfig] Patch: fix memleak (spotted by Coverity)

Another memleak fix in FcGlobalCacheLoad from Coverity reports
( FcStrSetAdd already copies its second argument, no need to pass a copy
of it) and this time, it is not a corner case ;)
