[Fontconfig] Status about fontconfig CVS regarding cache handling

No, I've added some debug code and fonts.cache-2 is not detected as a
font file.

Moreover, if it was, cache would be generated only one time and it
wouldn't be detected as dirty each time fc-cache is started..
