[Fontconfig] fix Makefile.am: Create one directory at a time

Done.

Now I need to figure out GIT_AUTHOR_NAME, GIT_AUTHOR_EMAIL, 
GIT_AUTHOR_DATE, GIT_COMMITTER_NAME, GIT_COMMITTER_EMAIL. And my email 
address was wrong in the log, but that is okay.
