[Fontconfig] Set the default LCD filter to... lcddefault

Hey list,
so I was told that FC doesn't set a default LCD filter and cairo 
supposedly uses the horrible legacy filter unless told otherwise by FC. 
So, uh, I propose the attached patch for the upcoming release.
