[FriBidi] FriBidi on 64 bit machines

Hi,

Geresh was uploaded recently to the Debian archive and failed to compile
since it checks that the UCS-4 codes of FriBidi are indeed 32 bit sized.
This appears to have been wrong since FriBidi never checked on what
architecture it runs and always uses long for 32 bit sized ints. This is
wrong since long is 64 bits on 64 bit machines.

Attached is a patch I used to fix this (hopefully).
